The PDGB process

Attorneys in the business law department work with French and foreign clients to assist and advise managers and/or company decision-makers for the negotiation, conclusion, performance or termination of contracts and agreements. They ensure the implementation and co-ordination of court proceedings required before juridical or arbitration courts.
