Company establishment, operation and growth are governed by increasingly complex laws which require the expertise and assistance of lawyers specialising in all areas of business laws. Lawyers must be in a position to provide comprehensive protection to the company.
In the event of difficulties, a manager should always be able to decide on a strategy, possibly on legal proceedings, in order to protect the interests of the company (protecting its debts, ensuring collateral, protecting its rights, fighting unfair competition …)
The PDGB process
Attorneys in the business law department work with French and foreign clients to assist and advise managers and/or company decision-makers for the negotiation, conclusion, performance or termination of contracts and agreements. They ensure the implementation and co-ordination of court proceedings required before juridical or arbitration courts.
